• Parking will be provided in the existing below-grade garage, using approximately 262 of the existing below-grade parking spaces at a ratio of approximately 0.8 spaces per dwelling unit. 
• One new rooftop amenity level for a height increase of approximately 22 feet for a proposed building height of 165’.
•  A series of improvements and upgrades to the building are also proposed.

• Renovate the rooftop to provide a pool and indoor/outdoor gathering space for residents, which would result in an additional 4,298 square feet of gross floor area (GFA) on the roof.
• Increase the overall GFA of the building by a total of 11,194 square feet as permitted by § 15.5.9.D of the Zoning Ordinance.
