About the Project

SPLA25-00021 (SP #331)

The applicant proposes to amend the existing site plan for 4420 Fairfax Drive, currently a 5-story office building. The developer proposes to demolish the site to construct a 22-story (with penthouse) multifamily building with 302 apartments and approximately 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail equivalent space. There will be 92 parking spaces, including 8 spaces that are above ground.
