Sign Up to Speak at a Planning Commission Public Hearing

The Planning Commission are now hybrid meetings where members of the public can participate by sharing in-person testimony or via electronic communications using Microsoft Teams.

  • All persons interested in speaking on an agenda topic at a Planning Commission Hearing must sign up to speak one week or up to 24-hours in advance of the noticed and original hearing date, not the recess date, in order to be guaranteed an opportunity to speak at the requested date and time.   

  • PLEASE NOTE -  We are not able to accommodate in-person public speaking requests the day of the meeting.
  • Prior to the meeting registered participants will receive a confirmation email with further instructions from the Clerk.

  • Speakers will join the meeting via Microsoft Teams (accessible through a web browser or the free app), or, via a phone line to provide their comments.
