Paper Quilling 14 May 2026 Learn to create beautiful, delicate, raised images from one-eighth inch wide paper strips. You’ll use a few basic tools to wind the paper strips into coils, and then create shapes such as flowers, butterflies, animals and abstract shapes to embellish note cards.
