NAIOP Northern Virginia

This subcommittee’s mission is to represent NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) Northern Virginia and the local development community in promoting sustainable, quality, smart growth commercial development projects and practices in Arlington County.  This is not a decision-making body for our site plan and private development process, but one of many groups that we seek input from. In order to facilitate this mission, an open dialogue is maintained between the subcommittee and the County.

The Subcommittee meets with the County on the fourth Wednesday of each month (meeting room varies) to address issues and concerns, understand policy, procedure and regulation implemented by the County and discuss its impact on developers and ultimately development in the County.
