About the Project

The applicant, Sunrise Senior Living, LLC, proposes the rezoning and demolition of an existing church building and vacant single-family house for the development of a new 4-story assisted living facility. The proposal consists of 108 units with approximately 93,306 square feet of residential gross floor area (1.08 FAR).

Additional project details include:

• Rezoning from “R-5” One-Family and Restricted Two-Family Dwelling District and “R-6” One-Family Dwelling District to “S-D” Special Development District
• The GLUP designation is Semi-Public and “Low” Residential (1-10 du/ac)
