The developer, Red Fox DC, LLC, and its applicant have applied for an adaptive reuse site plan amendment to SP #269. This is one of the first projects to implement the Adaptive Reuse Site Plan Amendment provision of the Arlington County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes the following changes:
