The applicant, GD 3601 (Gilbane Development Company), has applied for an adaptive reuse site plan amendment to Site Plan #293. This is one of the first projects to implement the Adaptive Reuse Site Plan Amendment provision of the Arlington County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes the following changes:
