Five-Year Action Plan Update Open House (2025)
The County hosted an Open House on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5-8PM as part of a month-long engagement period in fall 2025. The engagement focused on gathering feedback on the first five years of Arlington's Vision Zero transportation safety program and strategizing needs for the next five years to get to our goal of zero traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030.

2025 Mid-Year Meeting & Action Plan Update Kick-Off
The Year 5 mid-year virtual meeting of the Vision Zero External Stakeholders Group and community members took place on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 7 to 8:30PM. The meeting included a short presentation from the Vision Zero team on the state of the program followed by facilitated discussion on the community’s safety concerns and priorities as the County’s launched the effort to update the Five-Year Vision Zero Action Plan.

2024 Mid-Year Meeting
The Year 4 mid-year virtual meeting of the Vision Zero External Stakeholder Group took place on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Arlington County staff presented highlights from the Vision Zero Year 4 Mid-Year Report and discussed upcoming activities and initiatives. Then, representatives from the External Stakeholder Groups and members of the community provided input on the status of the Vision Zero program and future needs to help achieve our goal of zero transportation severe or fatal injuries.

2023 Mid-Year Meeting
Please note: The Vision Zero team has moved the cycle of annual reporting to the Calendar Year instead of the Fiscal Year, to make it easier to follow for everyone working towards safer streets in Arlington.
