Housing Arlington: What’s Next? - Hybrid Community Forum on May 20 and Feedback Form through June 14: In May and June 2026, Housing Arlington hopes to engage with Arlingtonians on which studies or policy changes the County should consider exploring next to increase and diversify housing supply and/or address housing affordability.  What are your ideas for preserving or increasing affordable rental housing, increasing housing supply, and/or diversifying the types of housing available in Arlington? Let us know using our online feedback form and/or by sharing ideas at a community forum with the Housing Commission on Wed., May 20. The forum is accessible online or by phone (access info here) or in person at Central Library (1015 N. Quincy St.) in the Barbara Donnellan Auditorium. 

PSMP Refresh Community Meeting on May 27: Join us for a community meeting on the Public Spaces Master Plan (PSMP) Refresh project! The meeting will be held at Walter Reed Community Center from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Staff will present data from a level of service analysis and statistically valid survey, before asking for feedback on access to public space amenities and County policies for lighting, restrooms, and privately owned public spaces. Please make sure to RSVP so we know you’re coming!

Kensington Elder Care Site Plan Project - Feedback Form through May 28: The County is seeking feedback on a proposal to build a new 7-story elder care facility at 4500 Langston Blvd. Share your thoughts by Thursday, May 28.

Ready Region Capital Area – Coordinated Enrollment Family Survey through May 30: We’ve launched a short Family Survey to better understand how families and community members find and use information about early childhood care and education programs. Your feedback will help shape a new resource hub, improve outreach, and ensure families can easily access the information they need. En español. 

Arlington Climate Together - Open House on June 1, 2026
Join us for the Arlington Climate Together Open House — an interactive event where adult and youth participants can learn about Arlington’s current climate progress and take part in activities that help shape Arlington’s climate future. Can't attend the event? Help shape the vision and framework of the Climate Action Plan through the online feedback form, now through June 26.

Wilson Boulevard Streetscape Improvements Project Town Hall on June 3: Join Arlington County staff on Wednesday, June 3 to learn about upcoming construction to deliver sidewalk and streetscape improvements on Wilson Boulevard between North Kenmore Street and 10th Street North, and on 10th Street North between North Ivy Street and North Jackson Street. Visit the event page to submit your questions to the project team in advance of the event.

Comprehensive Pan Update - Feedback through June 7: Arlington County is updating its Comprehensive Plan with a new Introduction and Guiding Principles, shaped by community input gathered throughout 2025. The County has drafted proposed Guiding Principles and Supporting Statements and wants your feedback to ensure they reflect residents’ lived experiences, needs, and values. Review the draft guiding principles, stop by an open office hour or pop‑up to ask questions, then share your feedback by Sunday, June 7.

Climate Action Plan - Feedback Form through June 26: To reduce carbon pollution, prepare for climate impacts, and support a healthier, more resilient community. This plan will build on the County’s Comprehensive Plan elements and replace the Community Energy Plan, expanding its scope to address today’s needs and future challenges. Your input will help shape the vision and framework of the draft Climate Action Plan. Understanding the Needs of Veterans and Service Members in Arlington
Arlington County’s Military and Veterans Advisory Committee (MVAC) is interested in hearing from members of the military, veterans, and their families who live and/or work in Arlington about types of programs, services, and resources that could be helpful. Click here to participate so that we can explore programs and services that may better serve our Veteran and Active Military Community.

Safe Homes, Safe Relationships - Feedback Form
Share your feedback with Project PEACE on any experience you may have been using, looking for, or if you are referring people to resources for those impacted by domestic/intimate partner violence and sexual assault in Arlington County. Your feedback is confidential. Results will help enhance and improve services for everyone in the county.
