Are you or do you know an individual 60 years of age and older who, because of their age, frailty, medical condition or living situation, is at risk of institutionalization in a hospital or nursing home? 

At the Customer Service Center, social workers assess needs and design service plans for individuals 60 years of age and older. Services support and stabilize their living situations and prevent or avoid abuse, neglect or exploitation.


Attention Caregivers: Walter Reed Adult Day Health Center could be just what you need!
Walter Reed is a great day program for adults with cognitive disorders or functional limitations. Adult day health care also provides support and respite to the caregivers.
