We support affordable housing by providing financing and zoning incentives for developers, working with local non-profits that finance and develop affordable housing, and by providing rental assistance to low-income families
Arlington’s homelessness continuum of care works to ensure that no individual or family lack access to decent, affordable housing. If you or someone you know is homeless or at risk of experiencing homelessness contact the Department of Human Services Community Assistance Bureau at 703-228-1300 for assistance.
We provide resources to help low-income individuals and families find and afford housing in Arlington. These include grants and vouchers to cover a portion of monthly rent payments, apartment search tools, and a listing of affordable units throughout the County. We also provide information for tenants and landlords.
