Project Description

The applicant, Taicoon Property Partners, proposes to demolish the existing office building and construct an 88-unit, eight-story residential condominium building with ground floor “institutional” space and 149 parking spaces located in the existing, to-remain underground parking garage.

Additional project details include:

• Use Permit (UPER25-00038) for an institutional use to permit a museum to commemorate the Air & Space Force Association on the ground floor. The museum will be open to the public, operated by the developer, and will be 1,409 square feet in size. The use will have three allocated parking spaces located in the underground parking garage.
