A request was submitted for the subject properties located on Wilson Boulevard between North Cleveland and North Barton Streets to change the GLUP designation from "Low" Office-Apartment-Hotel to "High" Office-Apartment-Hotel with an associated rezoning from C-O-1.5 to C-O. The applicant is also considering an amendment to "Medium" Office-Apartment-Hotel with an associated rezoning to C-O-2.5.
