Special Land Use Study – 2401 Wilson Blvd

GLUP Amendment Change

General Land Use Plan (GLUP) amendment request was submitted to change the land use designation of a section of Wilson Boulevard from “Service Commercial” to “High-Medium Residential Mixed-Use.”

This request was in conjunction with a rezoning request to “R-C” (Apartment Dwelling and Residential Districts), consistent with the GLUP amendment request, and a request for a height note limiting the height on this site to 75 feet.
