Services We Offer

For women of child-bearing age we offer:

• Well woman exams
• Basic GYN Care
• Variety of Family Planning options, (birth control pills, Depo Provera shot, Nuvaring, implant, Intrauterine Devices (IUD), fertility awareness methods, condoms)
• Pap smear/cervical cancer screenings
• STI Screening
• Emergency contraception
• Pregnancy Testing
• Mammogram referrals
• Preconception Care
• Immunizations
• Healthy Lifestyle Education
• Referral to other affordable health care agencies

We also include services for men and teens.

Care available for all sexual orientations.

Who is Eligible

• Insurance is not necessary.
• You do not need to live in Arlington to receive family planning services.
• An eligibility determination is provided prior to admission to Family Planning. We do same-day eligibility.
• Fees will be based on a sliding scale according to income.
• We accept Medicaid and Plan First.

Documents Required: 

• There is no income limit, but proof of income (such as a pay stub) is needed to decide the sliding scale fee.
• One picture ID.
• Insurance card or FAMIS or FAMIS Plus card, if applicable.

• Tuesday and Wednesday: 8 a.m.–10:20 a.m.

Walk-in pregnancy testing:

• Monday: 8–11 a.m.
• Tuesday: 1–4 p.m.
