Currently, the 55+ Guide will be monthly and digital. Even though, it is online you can still print a copy at home or open it from your mobile device.
Don’t worry because there is still something for everyone…fitness, wellness, arts, tech tips, learning opportunities, interactive games, dance, music, language learning, book clubs, discussion groups, virtual live performance, outdoor recreation and more fun!

55+ Live! Talk Show
55+ Live! is a new talk show and a great way to stay up-to-date with 55+ Programs. Enjoy previews of entertainment, demonstrations, seminars and the other great programs you’d usually find in-person at our centers. Or just take a minute to complete our survey here. Catch up with your friends and staff from Arlington 55+ Programs. Also, don’t forgot about some of our other live programs such as our Acoustic Cafe. Check out the 55+ Guide for more offerings.
Drop-in classes are ongoing programs that participants can join anytime with a valid 55+ pass. Any program listed as a drop-in does not require pre-registration. All programs do have a capacity limit and may fill up. Participants should sign in for these programs. Any program that is not notated as a drop-in program requires registration.
Examples of Drop-In programs include:
- Table games: Bridge, Chess, Mah Jongg, Rummikub
- Discussion groups
- Language conversation groups
- Exercise classes that accept Punch Passes
- Sports: Pickleball, Volleyball, Badminton
