It's okay to ask for help.

The Children’s Behavioral Health Bureau supports Arlington children, teens, and families facing mental health and substance use challenges. We help children and youth experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, feelings of hopelessness, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

Our trauma-informed and culturally responsive services are tailored to each family's unique needs. Together, we help children and youth build skills, overcome challenges, and thrive at home, in school, and in the community.

Services are available to eligible Arlington County children, teens, and families. To get started, families must complete an intake appointment and financial assessment. Eligibility criteria and program priorities apply.
