Substance Use Services Include:

  • Assessment
  • Individual and group services (therapy, case management, psychoeducation)
  • Family education/support sessions
  • Urine drug screenings
  • Relapse prevention services
  • Psychiatric evaluations and medication services
  • Dual-diagnosis services (for youth who experience mental health and substance use challenges)

Same Day Access Assessment Hours

Make a Referral

Professionals and providers may fill out this online Referral Form and submit a Release of Information form (available in English(PDF, 335KB) and Spanish(PDF, 140KB)) to cbhbinfo@arlingtonva.us. A copy of your Referral Form responses will be emailed to the referral source once completed.
