Individual and group services (therapy, case management, psychoeducation)
Family education/support sessions
Urine drug screenings
Relapse prevention services
Psychiatric evaluations and medication services
Dual-diagnosis services (for youth who experience mental health and substance use challenges)

Make a Referral

Professionals and Providers may fill out this online Referral Form and submit a Release of Information form (available in English(PDF, 335KB) and Spanish(PDF, 140KB)) to cbhbinfo@arlingtonva.us. A copy of your Referral Form responses will be emailed to the referral source once completed.
