If you are signed into Cloud Search, when you click on the “View Document” tab at the bottom of the page, you should go directly to the document information. If you have received multiple alerts in one email, click on the instrument number to be linked to the document information in Cloud Search.
If you click on the “View document” and receive the message, “forbidden,” then use the “sign in” link to log into your Cloud Search account. If the link takes you to your list of alerts, go to the home page or open a new tab and log in directly to Cloud Search. Use the instrument number from the alert email to search for that document.
As a registered user, you can view the document information for no charge.
As a registered user, if you wish to view the image of the document, you will need to purchase the document by placing it in your cart and paying $0.50 per page and a $2.00 transaction fee. You can also come into the Circuit Court Land Records office and view the document for free at one of our kiosks. (Note: Subscribers to the Secure Remote Access System can view images automatically.
