Interpreter Request Form

Effective immediately, it is the responsibility of the party moving the Court to grant a request or interpreter services to complete the Arlington Interpreter Request Form. The online request will be routed to the language services team for scheduling. For additional information, please refer to the 17^th Judicial Circuit of Virginia Local Rules and Preferred Practices (effective 5/1/21). Requests for interpreters should be submitted no less than (10) business days before the court date for which the interpreter is required. In the event a request is not submitted with sufficient notice, it may be necessary to rely on a telephonic interpreting service or remote interpreters.
