The Carlin Springs Multimodal Transportation Studies will review the Carlin Springs Road corridor from the County Line at 8th Place S. to N. Wakefield Street

Overview

The studies will develop recommendations and concepts to improve the safety and comfort for people walking, riding a bicycle or scooter, taking transit and driving. The results of the corridor studies will be used in future grant funding applications and to inform the County’s Capital Improvement Plan process in the summer of 2028.

Public Input Opportunities

Fall 2026: Existing Conditions and Experiences

Now through October 20th, 2026, the study team is seeking your input about how you experience Carlin Springs Road today. We want to learn more about how you travel to and through the corridor, what works well, what needs to be improved, and about the places where you have concerns along the corridor.

There are two ways to share your input.

Open House

Join the study team and other County transportation staff for a public open house to share information and gather input about how the Carlin Springs Road corridor works today.
