Study Goals

The South Carlin Springs Multimodal Transportation Study will identify improvements to pedestrian, transit, bicycle and automobile infrastructure recommended by current transportation planning guidance.

Identify challenges, constraints, and opportunities for improvements to all modes of transportation based on planning guidance, data analysis, best practices research, and public engagement
Develop recommendations and concept plans to improve safety and comfort for people walking, riding a bicycle or scooter, taking transit and driving
Establish a guide for future grant funding applications and to inform the County’s FY 2028-2037 Capital Improvement Plan process in the summer of 2028
