Project Background

This project will install new stormwater pipes to provide more capacity at the intersection of Langston Blvd and N. Sycamore St.   Currently, a 60-inch and 18-inch stormwater pipe at Langston Blvd. connect to a 5’x5’ concrete box culvert, which has sometimes caused flooding upstream of this intersection.

The project will increase capacity by installing a parallel 76”x48” elliptical concrete pipe and two new stormwater structures.

Schedule

The project is expected to start construction in Fall, 2025 and construction will last about 4 months.
