Important Information
Rentals are available to Arlington County residents only.
Host is responsible for providing a non-staff adult to monitor and support inflatable rental.
Host must provide an electrical outlet or rent a gas-powered TEAM generator (park events require a TEAM generator).
Requirements for operation are discussed with host before the event takes place. TEAM staff determine the best location for the amusement.
All prices reflect up to a four-hour rental; additional time is charged at $50 per hour (maximum two hours); Rock climbing wall is charged at $100 per hour (maximum two hours).
No food, drinks, or shoes are allowed inside bounces.
Determining Location
TEAM staff help determine the best location according to desired equipment size and location.
Level grassy areas are best. Concrete or asphalt are possible surfaces.
TEAM can deliver equipment to any eligible Arlington County park. Park must be reserved in advance in addition to TEAM rental reservations. Park reservations can be made through DPR Facilities Scheduling at 703-228-4747 or
facilitiesscheduling@arlingtonva.us
Host is responsible for measuring space in advance of the party. If equipment is delivered and doesn’t fit, the TEAM rental will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
Power
Host must provide electrical outlet or generator. Gas-powered generators are available for rent from TEAM.
Equipment plugs into standard 110v household outlet. TEAM supplies a 100-foot extension cord.
Only TEAM equipment can be plugged in to the outlet while equipment is in use.
Park events require a TEAM generator to be rented for inflatables or concessions.
Setting up Equipment
TEAM staff deliver and set up each piece of equipment, as well as ensure that it is clean and in good working condition prior to event start time.
Equipment set up takes up to 30 minutes. Lost or Damaged Equipment

Adult operators must be present at the time of delivery to receive proper training. At least two adults must be present for the training.
TEAM members can operate equipment for an additional $15 per-hour, per-person.
TEAM reserves the right to require additional TEAM staff depending on event size, available supervision and other event details.
Taking Down Equipment
TEAM staff will arrive to disassemble and collect equipment at reservation end time. If inclement weather occurs during the event, equipment located outdoors will be collected early to prevent injury or damage.
