When to Apply: TEAM Hiring generally takes place in the Fall and Spring based on staffing needs
Pay: $13.50 per hour

Fun is serious business, and this program will teach your teen how to run it! We will teach aspects of operating a small amusement rental business. Participants receive hands on training, helping to run our business including:

  • Monthly trainings such as professionalism in the workplace, hands-on facilitation training, & budgeting
  • Delivery, set-up, and take-down of various amusement rentals such as inflatables & concessions
  • Supervision of inflatables & concessions at events
  • Face Painting
  • Balloon Art
  • And more!

TEAM does not operation on the following dates: 

  • Jan. 1- New Year’s Day  
  • April 18-20: Easter 
  • May 10-11: Mother’s Day weekend 
  • May 24-26: Memorial Day weekend 
  • June 14-15: Father’s Day weekend 
  • June 19: Juneteenth 
  • July 3-6: 4th of July weekend 
  • Aug. 30- Sept 1: Labor Day 
  • Oct. 13: Indigenous People’s Day 
  • Nov. 8 & 9: Veterans Day 
  • Nov. 27- 30: Thanksgiving  
  • Dec. 23- 28: Christmas 
  • Dec. 31: New Year’s Eve
