How to Register Online for Arlington Summer Camps

1. Go to https://web1.vermontsystems.com/arlington.html
2. Enter your UserName and Password and click the Login button to login.
3. There are four options to enroll in camps. You will find them under ‘Register’ on the right hand side:
   • You can link directly to the online registration system when viewing the digital Summer Camp Catalog. After registration has opened (Date & Time TBA), click on the blue registration number for the program that you are interested in — and a page will open in your Internet browser where you can review the class and register.
   • If you know the camp Activity Number (6 digit code) and Session (week number), click on Quick Enroll. (Note that week numbers are two digits, i.e. 01, 02, etc.)
   • If you know the camp Activity Number (6 digit code), enter the 6-digit code in the search box and then click Search Activity.
   • If you want to explore all summer camps, click on Advanced Search. For best results, once you get to the next screen, select Summer Camp under type, and your child’s age under Age. You will also have the option to search by camp type and session for a more targeted search, if desired.
4. To select the camp, click the Green Plus icon next to the camp. You may select more than one camp. All camps you have selected will appear at the bottom of your screen.
5. To remove a camp you have already selected, click the Blue Minus icon next to the class.
6. When you have finished selecting camps, click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the screen.
7. For each household member, select the camp(s) in which you wish to enroll them by checking the box next to the camp name.
8. Click Continue to add the enrollments to your cart.
9. Verify all items in your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay, click Proceed to Checkout. You will checkout using a secure internet payment portal. Camp selections are not finalized until your payment has been confirmed. Learn how to pay by eCheck.
10. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email from arlingtonva@rectrac.com. Verify enrollments and waitlist numbers in the receipt and contact the main registration office if the information in the receipt is not what you intended: 703-228-4747, option 1, M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m..
