Dog Parks

The 10 Arlington County Dog Parks are open from sunrise and close at various times noted below.

All dogs in the County must be on a leash and under the control of their owner or of another responsible person. Here are additional rules that must be followed. The only exception to this law is when the dog and its owner are at a County-sanctioned, off-leash dog park. Dogs are never allowed on athletic fields. To report issues concerning off-leash dogs in spaces other than County-sanctioned, off- leash dog parks, please contact the Park Rangers at 703-228-0052 (line monitored between 12-10 p.m., M-F and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends). An asterisk (*) following the name of a dog park indicates that the dog park is not fenced in or is only partially fenced in.
