Resident Satisfaction Survey
Arlington County regularly conducts a statistically valid community survey to measure the community’s satisfaction with Arlington County services and programs, as well as overall perceptions of the local government.
The results help the County evaluate performance across many County departments and services. They will inform decisions on operations, program delivery, and County initiatives; identify areas for improvement; and ensure the best possible customer service experience.
The 2026 Resident Satisfaction Survey marks the seventh such survey, and was conducted by Zilo International Group, running the week of February 16 through April 2, 2026. The survey was designed for all Arlington County residents, with outreach prioritizing broad and diverse participation to ensure a representative sample of County residents. The final analysis will be made available on the County website at a later date.
