Innovative Policies for Housing Affordability Subcommittee (IPHAS)

Purpose / Mission: The Arlington County Housing Commission established an Innovative Policies for Housing Affordability Subcommittee (IPHAS) to work with staff and affordable housing development partners to identify a short list of actionable recommendations pertaining to state and local rules or policies governing housing development that may result in meaningful cost savings for affordable housing projects.

Membership: The IPHAS will consist of Housing Commissioners. Affordable housing developers will be invited to participate. Members of other advisory boards and commissions, as well as the public will be welcome to attend.
