REPORTS
MALICIOUS WOUNDING BY MOB, 2025-05220009, 4900 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 12:59 a.m. on May 22 police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was outside in the 900 block of S. Dinwiddie Street when 4-5 male suspects approached him, physically assaulted him and stole and undisclosed amount of cash. One of the suspects struck the victim with a bottle, causing a laceration. The victim ran from the scene and police were notified. The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers conducted a canvass for the suspects yielding negative results. The suspects are described as Hispanic males in their mid-20s, wearing black clothing and black face coverings. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (late), 2025-05210148, 900 block of S. Dinwiddie Street. At approximately 4:41 p.m. on May 21, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary just discovered. It was determined between May 20 and May 21, the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the unoccupied apartment, causing property damage, and subsequently fled the scene. There are no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2025-05180040, 3100 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 3:13 a.m. on May 18, sheriff’s deputies were flagged down by two female victims who reported an exposure. The victims reported they were walking in the area of the 1100 block of N. Hudson Street when they were approached by the male suspect who exposed himself before fleeing the scene on foot. The deputies canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a red shirt, jeans and a hat. The investigation is ongoing.
