Community Development Fund NOFA

Awards up to $35,000 for public services or $100,000 for economic development, housing rehabilitation, and other non-public service programs which respond to goals outlined in the HUD Consolidated Plan, including creating and sustaining affordable housing, promoting economic self-sufficiency, reducing homelessness, and revitalizing neighborhoods. Applications close in the fall, with awards approved the following spring.

RACE to Rebuilding Trust & Community Grant

Awards up to $150,000 to support nonprofits in implementing programming or projects in direct response to demonstrated community need - eliminating, reducing, or preventing racial and/or social inequities and disparities to improve outcomes for those who have been historically marginalized. Applications close in the fall, with awards approved in the following spring.

Food Security Mini-Grant

Awards up to $25,000 to implement projects related to the Food Security Strategic Plan. Applications close in the summer, with awards approved in the fall.

Digital Equity Grant

Awards to fund projects or programs that address barriers to accessing and using technology.

Historic Preservation Fund Grant

Awards of $25,000 to $100,000 to support both capital and/or non-capital projects that align with the stated goals of the Historic and Cultural Resources Plan.

Arlington Cultural Affairs Division Annual Arts Grant

Awards up to $75,000 to support individual artists and arts organizations aligning with the Arlington County Policy for the Support of Arts Organizations and Artists.
