Project Description

The applicant, True Ground Housing Partners, Inc. (formerly Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing), has submitted applications for the following requests:

• GLUP amendment to change the site’s GLUP designation from “Low-Medium” Residential to “Low” Office-Apartment-Hotel
• Rezoning from “RA8-18” Multiple Family Dwelling District to “C-O-1.5” Mixed Use Zoning District
• New Site Plan (SP #482) to construct an 11-story residential building with 249 units, 100% of which will be Committed Affordable (CAF) housing units. Additional project details include:
  • 218 parking spaces (0.82 spaces/unit) located in a partially below-grade garage
  • EarthCraft Gold green building certification
  • Proposed Zoning Modifications for:
    • Additional density
    • Additional building height
    • Density exclusions
    • Residential parking ratio
    • Loading spaces
