3108 Columbia Pike Demolition Update

Join the Arlington County project team on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m. for an update on the County-owned property at 3108 Columbia Pike. The existing vacant, three-story office building on the site will be demolished in fall 2023 because it is not compatible for public use.

After demolition, the existing parking lot will be expanded from 63 parking spaces to approximately 92 parking spaces. The site will then serve as temporary overflow parking while the Arlington Public Schools Career Center project is ongoing.

At this meeting, the team will provide a project update and share information on the demolition plans, including a timeline and what to expect. Nearby residents, business owners, and other neighbors are encouraged to attend. A recording of the meeting will be made available after the meeting on the project webpage.
