Military Road Safety Project

Transportation safety project delivering a roundabout and utility undergrounding at the intersection of Military Road and Nelly Custis Dr.

Stormwater installations to capture and filter runoff from N. Nelson St. and 36th Road N. to protect Gulf Branch and the Potomac River

Gulf Run Sanitary Sewer Replacement

Replacement and trenchless rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer force main from the Gulf Run Pump Station, along Military Road, to 38th Street N and N. Oakland Street.

Meeting directions

To reach the Dorothy Hamm Middle School cafeteria, enter through the main entrance (Entrance #1) and go through both sets of glass doors. Once in the hallway, turn right and proceed. The cafeteria entrance will be on your right - follow the signs indicating the public meeting.

Parking is available at the lot on Vacation Lane, but please walk to the front entrance to enter the school.
