Permit Submission Guidelines for Green Building Incentive Policy
All permits should be submitted 10 business days prior to the date of the needed permit. This allows for flexibility in the event additional backup documentation is needed.
Please include the Green Building Incentive Policy Permit Submission Worksheet with each permit submission. If the documentation submitted does not satisfy the intent or requirements of the condition, the permit may be placed on hold until necessary documentation is completed. Documentation must be submitted to DES (energy@arlingtonva.us) prior to issuance of the following permits or certificates of occupancy.
