If your vehicle has three or more outstanding tickets, it may be immobilized with a wheel “boot.” If you don’t pay your outstanding tickets — along with the boot fee — within 24 hours of your vehicle’s booting, your vehicle will be towed, and you’ll incur additional tow and storage fees.
1. Call Passport Customer Service Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m.-7 p.m. at 571-200-9782 to settle your parking ticket balance.
2. Show your proof of payment and vehicle ownership — along with a valid driver’s license — to the Police, who will complete your vehicle’s release form and remove the boot. If your car was towed, they will give directions to your vehicle’s location.
