These classes are part of the Enjoy Arlington program and are available year round at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center. The program includes classes for parent and child, toddler, youth, teen and adult lessons, and adapted classes. Please view our current class catalog. For more information on registration for classes or to register. Classes are held quarterly in four seasons.

Competitive Swim Team is offered and administered by Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center. Coaches and staff of the program are employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation. We offer comprehensive competitive, developmental and conditioning programs for youth 6-18 years. Arlington Aquatic Club (youth)
Private Lessons are available as a supplement to our group Learn to Swim program. We recommend all students participate in the group program first when possible. Children under 4 years of age are not eligible for private swim lessons. Click here for more information.
All group and private swim classes are taught at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center during afternoon, evening and weekend open times only.
