Join Arlington County staff to walk through the site for the Three Urban Parks Project in Virginia Square. This master planning effort will include improvements to Maury Park, Herselle Milliken Park, and Gum Ball Park, three small parks in close proximity to one another. The project's goal is to plan these parks together to ensure they have complementary features that meet community needs.
Staff will show participants the existing amenities at the parks, explain the types of features that could be included in the future version of the parks, and solicit feedback on what community members would like to see in these spaces.
This walking tour is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, weather permitting; however, if inclement weather occurs on the day of the event staff will notify community members who RSVP'd that the event is cancelled. Please RSVP below to ensure that you receive event updates from the project team.
