May 30th Expungement Clinic

Inaccuracies on criminal records can present challenges to accessing employment, housing, and other important opportunities. Please pre-register to join us at the Arlington County and City of Falls Church Expungement Clinic to see if we can assist you in the expungement of your criminal record. 

Important Paperwork

Filing fees of $91 to open expungement cases will be covered on a first-come, first-serve basis while funding lasts. Additionally, the Sheriff's Office will waive the $15 fingerprint fee at the Courthouse. To proceed, you must bring with you either the Warrant of Arrest or the Final Disposition for each charge you wish to expunge.

• Walk-ins must bring warrant of arrest or final disposition. Contact the Circuit Court Clerk's Office at 703-228-7010.

*Please note that only charges from Arlington County or the City of Falls Church are eligible for expungement in this jurisdiction.
