  • A Motion for a Remote Hearing does not need to be set for a hearing, however, the Motion must be filed, at least, seven (7) business days before the scheduled court date.

     

  • The Motion to Appear Virtually should be submitted either physically to the Clerk 's Office, via postal service or through TrueFiling, and a courtesy copy should be sent to the cct12.copy@arlingtonva.us address to ensure a timely delivery to Chambers.

     

  • Page 1 and 2 of this Motion must be completed entirely and filed for consideration by the Court.

     

  • The Motion to Appear Virtually will be reviewed and ruled upon by the Judge scheduled to hear the matter. Unless and until the presiding judge grants the motion, the matter will remain as an in-person hearing.

 

  • It is the responsibility of the requesting party to ensure that all parties and witnesses have the ability to connect in the manner requested.

     

  • The requesting party shall provide a Certificate of Service of page 1 of this Moton to the opposing party or counsel
