Sign Up To Speak at an HALRB Meeting

Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board (HALRB) meetings are hybrid public meetings to be held in person and through electronic communication means. You may register to speak either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams or by phone.

  • Speakers may pre-register online, by phone or in person no later than 5PM the day of the scheduled meeting to allow enough time to arrange your session.
  • Registered speakers will receive an email with further instruction.
  • Online speakers will join the meeting via Microsoft Teams (accessible through a web browser or the free app), or, via a phone line to provide their comments.
