REPORTS
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2026-09070013, 5000 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 1:09 a.m. on September 7, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was inside his residence when the male suspect approached his apartment window and allegedly exposed himself. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers located an individual matching the description of the suspect near the scene and took him into custody. Jayson Middleton, 37, of Woodbridge, Va., was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2026-09080006, 800 block of 21st Street S. At approximately 1:56 a.m. on September 8, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect allegedly entered the victim's residence without permission and subsequently exited the residence. Responding officers located the suspect near the scene and took him into custody without incident. Jonah Griner, 24, of No Fixed Address, was arrested, and charged with Unlawful Entry and Public Intoxication.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY (Series)(Late), 2026-09040055,1100 Block of S. Thomas Street. At approximately 5:56 a.m. on September 4, police were dispatched to the late report of a larceny. During the course of the investigation, officers located four vehicles with their driver’s side windows broken. The victim vehicles vary in make and model. There are no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2026-09040084, 500 block of N. Piedmont Street. At approximately 8:38 a.m. on September 4, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect made entry into the vacant, under construction apartment and subsequently fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a Black male, wearing a grey sweatshirt and a face covering. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2026-09060005, 1400 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 12:19 a.m. on September 6, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined four male suspects forced entry into a vacant office building, causing property damage. The suspects subsequently fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspects are described as four Hispanic males, approximately 16-20 years old, wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
