REPORTS
BURGLARY, 2026-09170249, 4000 block of 23rd Street N. At approximately 10:58 p.m. on September 17, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined the female suspect forced entry into the victim’s occupied residence by throwing a rock and shattering a glass door. The male victim subsequently observed the suspect inside the home exposing herself before she ran to another room. The victim called police and responding officers located the suspect inside the home and took her into custody. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the suspect was wanted by ACPD and the Arlington County Fire Marshal’s Office. Katherine Claffey, 31, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Burglary, Missile Into an Occupied Dwelling, Destruction of Property and Indecent Exposure and was served with the outstanding warrants. She was held without bond.
