REPORTS

BRANDISHING (late), 2026-03030107, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 1:10 p.m. on March 3, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. It was determined at approximately 10:30 a.m., the male suspect was inside of a business speaking with an employee when he displayed what appeared to be a firearm and made threatening statements before leaving the scene. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 25 years old. The investigation is ongoing.
