REPORTS
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2026-03230152, 16th Street at N. Quinn Street. At approximately 3:47 p.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined the juvenile male victim was walking in the area when the juvenile male suspect, who is known to him, approached. The suspect assaulted the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. When two witnesses approached, the suspect fled the scene on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medics at the scene. The investigation into the circumstances of this incident is ongoing.
BURGLARY (Late), 2026-03190173, 2400 block of Chrystal Drive. At approximately 5:25 p.m. on March 19, police were dispatched to the report of a late burglary. It was reported that at approximately 1:12 a.m. on March 19, the male suspect forced entry into the closed business, stole mail and attempted for force entry into offices nearby before subsequently fleeing the scene. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’10”-6’2” tall, wearing a face covering. The investigation is ongoing.
