REPORTS
BURGLARY, 2026-01140164, 2800 block of 19th Street South. At approximately 7:37 p.m. on January 14, police were dispatched to the report of a disorderly individual. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect allegedly forced entry into the home by kicking down the door. When the female victim inside the home attempted to call the police, the suspect stole the victim’s phone and made threatening statements. Responding officers located the suspect at the scene and took him into custody. No injuries were reported. Craig McCall, 40, of No Fixed Address, was arrested, and charged with Burglary, Preventing a Call to 911 and Public Intoxication.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2026-01110010, 3100 block of Clarendon Boulevard. At approximately 1:23 a.m. on January 11, police were dispatched to the report of an assault with injury. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was inside the business when the male suspect engaged the victim in conversation and subsequently struck him with a glass object. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated by medics at the scene. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (Late), 2026-01130105, 3400 block of 14th Street N. On January 13, police received an online report for a late burglary. It was reported that on January 10, two male suspects made entry into the vacant, under construction residence, stole a bed and fled the scene in a vehicle described as a black truck. On January 11, two males made entry into the residence again, stole a couch and fled the scene in a vehicle described as a white van. There are no suspect descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.
