REPORTS
PEEPING, 2026-08300087, 2500 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 1:41 p.m. on August 30, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was inside her residence when she observed the male suspect allegedly peer inside. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers located an individual matching the description of the suspect near the scene and took him into custody without incident. Jose Campos Rivera, 37, of Arlington, VA., was arrested and charged with Peeping.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY (Late), 2026-08300039, 1700 block of N. Troy Street. At approximately 8:24 a.m. on August 30, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. It was determined that between 4:15 p.m. on August 28 and 6:37 a.m. on August 30, the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the mechanical room of the residential building and subsequently fled the scene. No items were reported damaged or stolen. There are no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
