REPORTS
ASSAULT ON POLICE, 2026-04200115, 200 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 12:56 p.m. on April 20, police were dispatched to the report of trouble unknown. Upon arrival, it was determined the juvenile male suspect in his late teens was inside a business when he began acting disorderly. The suspect briefly left the scene and subsequently returned after police arrival. Officers made contact with the suspect who became irate and officers attempted to detain him during which he was noncompliant and kicked an officer. The officer did not report any injuries. He was then taken into custody. Petitions for the juvenile male suspect were sought for Assault on Police and Disorderly Conduct.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2026-04190097, 1200 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 12:56 p.m. on April 19, officers were inside the Pentagon City Metro Station when the female victim reported she was walking in the area when the male suspect allegedly exposed himself to her. Officers canvassed the area for the suspect, located him and took him into custody. Teddy Pearson, 45, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
BURGLARY (late), 2026-04180223, 2100 block of Richmond Highway. At approximately 11:16 p.m. on April 18, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. It was determined between April 14 and April 18, the suspect(s) made entry into the female victim’s unoccupied residence, stole clothing items and subsequently fled the scene. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
