REPORTS
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2025-09090228, 3200 block of 24th Street S. At approximately 10:53 p.m. on September 9, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct. It was determined a witness was inside a parking garage when they observed the male suspect allegedly exposing himself. Responding officers located an individual matching the description of the suspect on scene and took him into custody. Andrew Rose, 34, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication. He was held without bond.
ARMED ROBBERY, 2025-0909173, Wilson Boulevard at N. Randolph Street. At approximately 5:35 p.m. on September 9, police were dispatched to the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was walking in the area when the male suspect, who is known to her, approached and began yelling at her. The suspect then allegedly forcefully stole her backpack, displayed a knife and made verbal threats towards the victim. The suspect stole the victim’s cell phone, cash and bank cards from the backpack before fleeing the scene on foot. The victim was not injured. During the course of the investigation, officers identified the suspect and obtained a warrant for Armed Robbery.
ROBBERY (late), 2025-09090010, 5800 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 1:29 a.m. on September 9, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was outside when he engaged the male suspect in conversation. The suspect then struck the victim and demanded his clothing items before fleeing the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’10”-6’0” with dreadlocks wearing a black top and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
